Watch webcam from mobile phone?

I'm looking for an app or anything else I can see my webcam from the phone without the PC showing who's watching it, since I have my laptop at home, and I want to see when someone goes about it without me having complete control over it the PC (so only camera access) can / must have.

Why would someone go to your laptop? For such passwords…
