What impedance (ohms) do my headphones need?

I'm thinking of getting headphones for my smartphone, laptop and Xbox and am now wondering which impedance (ohm) is best for this application. Say whether I should get 16, 32 or 80 ohm headphones.

Low impedance headphones are better suited for the purpose than higher impedance headphones. 80 ohms bring one or the other cell phone to its limits. With 16 or 32 ohms you would be well served.

So 32 ohms would be a better choice here?

Every current device creates 32 ohms without problems, I just wouldn't go above 60 ohms because most mobile devices, consoles or PCs with bad sound chips reach their limits.

Personally, I would go with 32 ohms, but headsets like the HyperX Cloud 2 (60 ohms) also work.
