Headphones with less ohms or with more ohms but headphone amplifiers?

I want to buy headphones to listen to music. I would have chosen the Beyerdynamic 990 Pro. I will only use the headphones on the laptop or maybe sometimes on the PC, but mainly on the laptop. I'm considering whether I should buy the 250 ohm or 32 ohm headphones. If I buy it with 250 ohms I would probably need a headphone amplifier so that I can get a good volume. Or the one with 32 ohms. Is it worth spending more money on a headphone amplifier and buying the 250 ohm version or rather with 32 ohms. I just want to listen to music with the headphones and am not sure whether the option of using the headphone amplifier will pay off and whether the sound will change a lot.

Have you even installed a decent sound chip so that it is worthwhile? The built-in chips are bad 99 percent of the time. If you need to get an external sound card, make sure it has enough power. Personally, I've got on well with low-impedance headphones for years.

You won't hear the difference, especially not with cheap catch-up amplifiers, which also represent an additional source of error.

Put on the AKG K702 and listen. If you need a closed one, try the K271 or the K92.

It would be better to buy an audio interface with a sound card
or just a sound card and headphones with 32 ohms

Personally, I would prefer an interface because you can plug in a decent microphone. (I'm a singer and musician, PC freaks may disagree) Take a look at the Steinberg UR12. And, honestly, if you don't have perfect pitch, listen to classical music and are totally audiophile, then you won't hear the difference between high-resistance and low-resistance, only that the low-resistance one is louder and you don't have to turn it up that far
