Return SSD at MediaMarkt?

Hi, I bought a Samsung 860 QVO 1TB a few days ago and everything worked fine, but my laptop gave up yesterday (has nothing to do with the SSD) and since I can't buy a new one at the moment, I want to return the plate in perfect condition. Is this still possible? After all, the record hardly wrote.

Of course, I will reset the record with Samsung Secure Erase

If you bought them online, you have 14 days right of return anyway.

It would be goodwill in the market. But asking costs nothing.

No, even if the record were completely new and in its original packaging, the media market would not have to take it back.

You only have the right to return a new item if you order something and have it delivered, but never if you buy something in the store.

And something that you already need will certainly not be taken back by a store at all - why should they do that too? You can no longer resell the record…

Make sure that you sell the part privately, the guarantee for the new buyer is still there if you hand in the invoice.

You can try, there's no reason for it and they don't have to accept the SSD.

But just keep it until you have a new laptop or PC, because 1TB SSD storage is not to be scoffed at.

Mo

You only have a return right from the legislator if you had bought the SSD online and not in the market.

But many media stores voluntarily offer returns within 30 days, so I would just ask the store.

This is made easier if you still have the packaging and all of it, so that the SSD can be properly packed again.

And you should delete your data beforehand, otherwise the next one will have your data on its "new" SSD.

They will not take them back, with hard drives that have already been used they are not accommodating, which does not mean that you can't try it anyway

Because at MediaMarkt you can either exchange your purchased (unused!) Product easily or make use of the money-back guarantee within 14 days! You will get your money back in the form of the payment method when you buy!

Don't forget - take cash with you: To ensure a smooth exchange, the cash of the returned product is essential.

The MediaMarkt takes back or exchanges unused goods even when buying a branch within 14 days, the same at Saturn

co

That may be - but they do it out of goodwill, not because they are legally obliged to do so. By the way, your link refers to Austria!

But goods that have been used for days - they certainly won't take them back.

co

Why do you always post links from Austria here?

Cr

No, legally they are only for online purchases, but they are quite accommodating, even if something has already been used, but not for things like hard drives, that's right

Cr

I once answered a question from Austria and the browser automatically called up the page again during the search, I didn't notice it at all

Even "hardly described" is not unused.

You probably won't be able to return it.

But what does it matter: you won't get along without a new PC, and having two plates on it is recommended anyway because of the always necessary data backup. The easiest way to do this is to copy important data to the 2nd disk at least once a week.
