I have these ideas:
Restart or reset printer.
Check Wi-Fi connection.
Delete once in the settings of your laptop and reconnect.
Thanks, I've done everything… Does the printer have to be connected to the Wi-Fi? I thought if wa is connected to a USB cable, Wi-Fi is no longer necessary
So ours always needed Wi-Fi. Of course I don't know how it is with your model. Otherwise just call the customer hotline, which will probably work again tomorrow.
