I know I know: Apple pulls the money out of your pocket and Windows laptops offer better value for money. But I just want an objective look at the above products.
So I'm thinking of buying a MacBook. It should of course be able to edit documents and survive the surf everyday but also have enough power to get through programming work (java or C # or similar). It is not intended to run a complete game on the Mac, but only one to test.
My question is: is a Macbook air in the 8GB version for normal university life and small to medium-sized programming projects or should one then rather turn to the Pro models? And if so: which pro model? Is it worth the 2018er or is it just a newer version with a nice touch bar but not worth the extra charge?
Gladly also own experiences specify.
I thank you already!

Apparently you do not know it yet!
Apple is great… They have already integrated the roll in function with the ipads even before there were really good and malleable amold matrixes. XD although you could not use it after that, but curled up hehe

You do not need an objective look for it. If you know the facts, that's enough.

You already know what you need to know. So sit back and enjoy the view and everything is fine…
