Mac Book Air hard drive deleted?

I have such a big problem!

I accidentally stumbled into my apartment while I was eating Kellogs with milk and some milk came on my MacBook. I immediately panic and have wiped it away. Then everything has worked normally but suddenly the mouse has started to turn (so that iwas overwhelmed and all that was hanging but the mouse could still move) AND I HAD SOMETHING VERY STUPID DONE

i thought i have too many tabs (am in the claus phase and have to learn a lot and have thousands of pages because of definitions unsowas) and my laptop hangs because of that. Then I pressed on reboot so on the OnOff button and when I wanted to turn it back on, suddenly came with a folder with a question mark, it went and came all the time and could not continue.

Of course I tried to inform myself and I found that my platform was deleted. What should I do jz?

the MacOS utilities do not help me because I see nothing there and I have no CD or so for a new platform.

I have no money for a new laptop (got the gift) and the guarantee does not assume "liquid damage"

Open the laptop as far as possible (screw it on or at least open it) and put it in a warm and dry place, off for at least 24 hours. Maybe so head over the leftovers of milk from the keyboard can drip.
