Hi. I downloaded CC for Sims 4. I added it to the exact folder it needs to be in (PC> Windows (c.> Users> dick_> documents> electronic arts> the sims 4> mods))
also in the game I ticked the two ticks in the setting (the one for custom game content / mods)
I restarted both Origin and Sims (and the laptop) and it doesn't work (I don't see them in the list)
I also deactivated one drive and here too: nothing happens.
Then I tried to "repair" the game on Origin and to update it, but the cc is simply not displayed.
Could it be that you didn't unzip the files? All you have to do is right-click the file and then click "Extract All".
