Mac doesn't recognize hard drive, Windows does, why is that?

I have a hard drive that has been formatted on a Windows laptop. Now I would really like to use it on my Macbook. In the beginning, the hard drive was recognized on the Mac for a short time. Unfortunately, it is not currently displayed (Finder and hard disk utility). I have already reformatted the hard drive to exFAT on a Windows PC, unfortunately this does not change anything. Both USB ports on the Macbook work with other devices and are not damaged. When connected to the Mac, the hard drive lights up. Why does everything work flawlessly on a Windows laptop and not on a Macbook?

no active, and or primary partition
USB port does not supply enough power

Format HDD times directly under Mac OS.
