Problem with installing macOS to reinstall?

I want to rebuild my MacBook Pro 2017 laptop to sell. To do this, I pressed the command key [⌘] and the key [R]. Then deleted "Macintosh HD" in the "Disk Utility" setting ("APFS" entry in the "Format" menu). After exiting Disk Utility, I wanted to reinstall macOS. Then a window popped up that macOS Catalina can't be installed because it is corrupt. I restarted the Macbook. Now only a folder symbol with a question mark flashes and I can't do anything. Can someone give me a tip / help how I can get the Macbook working again?
