Because I have to take the PC more often in the car and a laptop is out of the question. The housing may cost up to 300 euro and at least ATX. It should not be a material that bends or breaks quickly.

Would not know that the housing offer the times NEN fall survive.
I still have a Hexgear R40 standing around me. Thick sheet metal and profiles make the case very stable. The case is also available in an ATX version that would be the R80
I know what you need:
A PA case where you can install a 19 "rack, but there are also special rack housings and drawers for keyboards.
It will not be cheap - so below 500, - you will find nothing
More than the case I would worry about the components. Heavy CPU coolers (which are the least problem) and of course graphics cards, as well as HDDs do not like falls.
If it's portable, the Cooler Master HAF XB Evo Cube might not be such a bad choice - it has handles and a horizontal layout.
Otherwise, just any housing without glass and with sufficiently thick sheets (so maybe less than 80 euro).
