Access to Veracrypt hard drive possible?

I encrypted my external hard drive with Vera Crypt.

I have also set that only my laptop can enter the password at all.

Now I have a problem and I'm forced to reset my laptop.

This would delete Vera Crypt from my PC.

If I connected the hard drive I could access it or would the hard drive not recognize my PC and therefore not give me the possibility to access it?

How did you do that?

As far as I know, VeraCrypt doesn't do that.

Decrypt your disk, then put on lappi again… Then you can encrypt again…
