Document gone (open office)?

So I just had to restart my laptop because it was spinning around again.

Of course I saved everything beforehand, but if I open the document now there are only hashtags # (6.5 pages…)

How can I restore my document? If that's possible haha

Because I've been sitting there for 3 days and it would be really bad, I would have to do all the tasks again…
