Laptop screen problem?

In the appendix you can see how it looks on my screen. The picture was taken with my smartphone and the certain private documents were shaded. If I screenshot my desktop or take it with the snipping tool, these gray bars are not available. Which is why I would think that it is somehow a mistake because you could possibly fix it.

This problem happened after the restart.

Maybe the screen resolution / format has been changed?
