My headset has stopped working on my laptop. It is recognized and drivers and everything are installed, but it still does not work. I can hear with the headset but can't speak. I've tried it on other devices and it worked everywhere. I've already tried to update the drivers, but they are up to date. Can someone help me?
You can search for "Sound" in the Windows Start menu.
Then when you're in the sound settings, you should find advanced settings somewhere.
There you can find your microphone under the tab "Recording". You can then use this as the default and switch it on if it is switched off.
No that didn't work. Everything is actually set correctly, but it doesn't work
Then I don't know anymore. Maybe a hardware failure.
