:)) I want to buy a residential property. Where does a builder have to turn to build a house on a plot of land?

Usually when a building pit has already been dug, it is written that living space is being sold there, everything is already gone.

I heard that there are people who come with laptops, GPS devices, look for the exact location via GPS, enter everything in the laptop and then go to the township with this data and buy them immediately.

Sure they are money people, but where do they turn to? Maybe this way I can get something smaller for myself in the near future.
