I have an old laptop that I do not need anymore and that's why I've grown it up. Now the question arises to me, is there an adapter with which I can use the keyboard and the trackpad via USB or Bluetooth to other PC?

No, this does not work because the keyboard and trackpad connectors are not consistent. Because of this, there are no universal adapters (for example, there's a special adapter for the Commodore 64 keyboard, but it would not fit with any other device).
