Want to buy a fast laptop, but have only a little idea of Pc's. Do not want to play, just program. Should be as mobile as possible.
That depends on how professional, what and with what tools you program.
In particular, one is there fast with several virtual machines, which pull at least in terms of CPU and memory properly performance.
If the laptop is really just for programming, then you do not really need a lot of power.
It would be important to know how much you want to spend, whether you prefer Windows or MacOS, what size the laptop should have, and what programs you need.

Personally, in addition to my PC, my old Hp Probook 450 G3 is equipped with 8GB and a 256 GB SSD and works mainly with Unity, Visual Studio and various image editing programs. This is the laptop easily clear.

All computers have an SSD with 256-512GB, 1080p (FullHD) display, CPU with 4 cores, 41Wh battery, RAM expandable to 16GB.
Also Windows 10, with the exception of the 17 incher.
You could of course only spend 300 euro, but there are usually only laptops with scrap processor ala Pentium or Athlon.
