Windows boot laptop?

I wanted to set up a new laptop today (packard bell easynote ts11hr) (my mother's laptop) but after I installed windows and formatted the hard drive, nothing works except the BIOS // I can't boot windows or linux

Hope you first formatted the hard drive and then installed Win. As you wrote it, Windows was removed again.

Yes i have formatted the hard disk and installed windows new over the usb stick. Now he boots windows but then the bluescreen comes and I can neither format the hard drive nor reinstall windows because it no longer finds a hard drive

This message often comes when the installation medium is out of order. So create a new USB stick with Win 10 using the Media Creations Tool.
