Too little FPS in GTAV, what to do?

First of all, I play on a laptop with the following components:

NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1050Ti 4Gb

Intel I7 Core 7700HQ 2.80GHz

16Gb dual-channel RAM from Kingston 1197MHz (17-17-17-39)

(I'm not a professional jz, but I think I read out of Speccy to come with 23-19-19-43 at 1333 MHz, but I do not know how to change it)

So my problem is that I can't play fluid GTA, but I want to start with GTA RP soon.

I do not know what else I could do, the game is a priority, it's on the SSD, and I close almost everything in the background, except for Discord.

I used to be able to play it fluently, did not touch the game for a year, now I have these FPS drops.

I can't give any information about my FPS because I bought the game directly from Rockstar Games and do not know how to turn on an FPS ad.

I hope somebody can help me, thanks in advance.

You can have FPS displayed with MSI Afterburner and Riva Tuner Statistics Server (installed with MSI Afterburner) both open simultaneously with MSI Afterburner in the settings for overlay FPS, then you should have an FPS ad ingame. Also activate 1% low FPS to identify framedrops. If GTA does not start properly, activate Stealth mode.

Activate Show On-Screen Display

Thanks, jz knows that I have mainly 40-50 fps, but sometimes drops further down
