I have a question and that is about it I have bought a new laptop the Microsoft Surface to be exact and I would like to download Origin now, the download works but I can't open the program I can only open things that I out downloaded the Microsoft Store. Does anyone know what that is or how I turn off the device guard?
If you have Windows 10 S on your Surface, then the answer is not at all, and Origin has to submit the installer to the store and have it signed by Microsoft (which is now simplified, they probably will not do anyway).
If you have a "non-S" Windows on it, then you just need exactly the explanation of what WDAC does and especially how it does it. Then you can write your own policy that includes the software as "allowed".
In the end - why not Lappi with Windows 10 Home, you should not have these problems in this extreme form.

Unfortunately, I own pers. No "Microsoft Surface" PC, the standard PC has been so possible without a problem.
