Can Office products be saved on an external storage medium?

The school year is slowly coming to an end. After the summer vacation I start an apprenticeship, during which I logically have to go to school. At the current school we work with laptops and Office products such as Word, OneNote, Outlook etc. I can easily save Excel and Word documents on an external hard drive, but is that also possible with OneNote notebooks or with emails? It would be helpful to be able to look at the old things again at the new school without having to print everything out.

You can also export your emails from Outlook and save them externally. You do this via File> Open and Export> Import / Export> Export to File> Outlook Data File (.pst).
