Reset laptop does not work, what to do?

I urgently need to reset my laptop (xoro note 140) because I want to sell it, but I'm told on every attempt that this process needs storage even though I deleted all my data.

how can i reset it (have 32 GB on the laptop)

Just take out the hard drive and format it on another pc. Or install another hard drive.
