Bluetooth headset no longer working properly?

I bought a Bluetooth headset a while ago, but now the left handset is dead. That was already there, but it passed. Sometimes I now have no sound at times. When I turn on the part, after a few seconds the sound is gone for up to half a minute or so, but then usually comes back. The fact that it is the laptop is out of the question, because the left ear is already dead when the headset is switched on. I haven't had the part for so long. What's wrong? Can you do something or do I have to get a new one?

I would google your model first and see if others had it too. If you don't find anything, then they are probably broken. Then it makes the most sense to get new ones.
