When connecting an external keyboard, it works fine, but I would like to use the laptop.

test another socket, keyboard on another computer, test other keyboard on the same computer?

Load drivers from the manufacturer, see if "Gaming Mode" is turned on or the keys have been reprogrammed.

Maybe a water damage on the keyboard? In this case, several keys react simultaneously at the press of a button. Had the same problem after an accident with cocoa.

Maybe remove keyboard and clean contacts… Check cable.
