Animation program for YouTube?

I'm looking for an animation program which / at which

1.Created the right file format (the animated videos should have the correct file format for YouTube)

2.Free or relatively cheap

3.man can insert a soundtrack

4.2D is

5. For PC / laptop

Blender covers all your needs, but you need a lot of willingness to learn and aptitude to learn.

Then your PC does not have enough computing power, so buy a faster PC, or start smaller.

For example, Synfig Studio, or Pivot Animator, or Pencil2D, which also run on your PC.

Have the problem with my brother clarified: memory somehow optimize (or so… Was a long monologue) but he says Cinema 4D or so would have gone already & that would have worked in front of it
