Start animation?

I want to write the start animation of the laptop from the TV series "Welcome to Gravity Falls" for ms dos!

Um, if you have knowledge, yes!
Not directly in MS DOS, but the best way would be if you overwrite your bootloader with your stuff, display your animation there and then the password prompt.

After that I would start MS DOS!

You can save the password somewhere on the hard disk so that you can change the password later in the system, i.e. After logging into MS DOS!

There's no tool how you can implement something like this directly in assembler.

I can do basic! XD do you know someone I could contact who can and who can? Would even pay for it!
