MacBook Pro (2021/2020) with M1 chip would be pretty good for professionals, but it's above your price limit and the 2021 is not out yet. Otherwise, the MacBook Air 2020 is pretty good. Many friends of mine are also working on it professionally
Unfortunately, it is far too bad and not really suitable for 4k, even with 16GB Ram for over 1700 euro, it will be difficult. Unfortunately, they are not made for 4k.
