Computer picture emergency DVD

Have in January / February the computer picture emergency DVD on laptop installs. After a new installation of Windows the program remains on laptop. It can't be opened now. PC says: "System not found!" How can I the program delete on my laptop out. Also with "programs" no longer findable. Appears only to click on monitor. Who can give me a hint. In advance thank you very much!

Find the directory in which the program files are and delete them.

You could put the emergency CD for installation in the DVD drive.

During installation, the path proposed for installation is displayed.
