Laptop performance? - 1

Since Age of Empires 3 has been on the market for a "while". You can certainly help me if my laptop can handle the game. The following components are installed:

Intel Pentium Gold 5405u
Intel UHD Graphics 610
8GB Ram
256GB SSD

For comparison, Minecraft with LabyMod runs on GommeHD in the lobby with 20-30fps, in the game inside (Bedwars, 1v1 etc) but with around 90-120fps (relatively high setting, transparent sheets, 15 chunks).

Valorant runs at around 40-50fps on low settings.

In short, yes

That will work, but as the number of figures increases, the system will go to its knees. Always been with Age of Empires, no matter which part.

It'll handle it, even if you probably have to make compromises with the graphic detail settings.

I think the more exciting question is why you should want that. AoE 3 is pretty much the worst game in the series and it was a total flop. AoM (Age of Mythology), although published earlier, is much better!

As one gamer put it: AoE 3 is like an AoM where all races are Atlanteans. (The Atlanteans came with the Titans expansion, which, unlike the base game, was unfortunately not very good.)

If you want to play the age of empires 3 definitive edition then it will be around 0.0, your system is way too weak for that.
