Graphics tablet XP Pen Artist 16 Pro Pen does not work?

Maybe you can help me, unfortunately I'm a total failure when it comes to technology.

Took my tablet with me and connected it to another laptop.

I connected the tablet correctly and installed a drawing program, and everything works too… But the pen doesn't.

I can paint with the mouse.

I also connected the pin through the cable, but nothing.

Now I've read that I had to install a driver, I did everything. Only when I open the current Pentablet driver does a window open that tells me with poor English that my tablet can't be found.

I don't know what else to try.
