Fights over toilet paper?

I read on the Internet that there were supposedly fights over toilet paper.

I have read that cars have already been broken into because of toilet paper. You used to do it because you stole car radios and naive. Today you do that because of toilet paper. It's actually a laugh to die for.

In the past, people were robbed of money and jewelry. Today because of toilet paper. In the past you stole money, laptops etc. From your employer. Today it is toilet paper.

Can someone explain this to me from a psychological point of view? That is sick.
