Open settings on external monitor?

I have connected an external monitor to my laptop. Now I would like to know if it is possible that I can also display the Windows settings on the external monitor, because when I open them they are only displayed on the laptop screen.

This is easily possible with all other programs.

With me I get the "NVIDIA Control Panel" with the right mouse button on the monitor.

There you can set up / select the various monitors and change / adjust the settings separately.
