Keyboard on ps4?

Hope someone can help me… So… Have been playing with the keyboard and mouse on Ps4 for a long time… But since today the keyboard no longer reacts (mouse does) … But it is not broken. Since it works on the laptop… Does anyone have any tips

Reset the keyboard (you can find it in the instructions for use) and check the settings to see if you have selected the wrong gamepad
