Windows 10 freezes directly?

Hi, I reset a Toshiba laptop, which was very slow and hung up again and again. Since then he freezes me immediately. I can't even update any drivers or anything else. I did a lot of research but nothing helped me.

Dr

Which component are installed?

Ze

Wow. A toshiba laptop. And there you can't even write what that is for you. The things have been around for 25 years. So my glass ball says either user too stupid or he is broken.

If it is an old calculator then the poor thing has probably come to an end.

You could but vlt. Remove the dust on the back, replace Windows and, if necessary, install a M.2 SSD.

If necessary, format hard disk (yes also delete Windows) and install a lighter Linux distribution (like Win, an operating system, but need less resources)

Cl

I think that's not scary when the calculator is as old as a floppy disk:-).

Dr

Then i would wish for you a christmas santa claus laptop in your place.

Cl

Would I also wish the @OP, unfortunately, he has neither components nor age etc specified. Sometimes you should just upgrade. Unless we're talking about a window like operating system.

He

The thing is 4 years old and I've already opened it to free him from dust. Got it myself to get him fit again.

After he was sometimes very slow and garbed, I thought the reset would solve the problems.

But air…

I'll try again with Windows as soon as I get it.

Sally,

Is Toshiba Satellite c55t c 100

CPU: Intel Pentium N3700, 4x 1.60GHz

RAM: 4GB DDR3L

HDD: 1TB

SSD: N / A

Graphics Intel HD Graphics (IGP), HDMI.

Is used only for surfing for that was enough.

He

I assumed a common cause of error and therefore no specification. And I think that 4 years is not too old. But if you do not want to have constructive answers, you should just keep playing around with your little brother.
