Windows laptop: buttons work sometimes, sometimes not?

I'm just having a problem that the r and z keys don't work on my laptop. And then they work again in between.

I've already removed dust from under the buttons.

What could be the problem? How can I fix the problem?

It is a laptop from Toshiba, model AMD A6 with Windows 10.

I can't think of much more than cleaning with a compressed air cleaner at the moment. It is best to contact the manufacturer so that they can replace the keyboard mat, if possible.

No, that's not a software problem if the other buttons go.
