How do I delete data tracks from copied files on computer?

I transferred data from my mobile phone to a USB stick via a notebook. I suspect that data traces of my files came onto the notebook. Because certain information is stored in the notebook during the copying process or processed via it.

How can I delete it so that nobody who uses the notebook can get information from my private copied data?

What data tracks? Do you mean the content?

During the copying process, the file is written down character by character on the target data carrier, as in the German essay in the primary school.

There's therefore nothing left on the computer with which this was done once the process is complete, provided that the copying process took place directly between the data carriers (and not via an intermediate directory on the hard disk).
