I have a notebook that has 1x HDMI output. I would like to connect 3x HDMI monitors. Unfortunately I did not find anything on the internet except: https://www.club-3d.com/de/detail/2410/multi_stream_transport_(mst)_hub_hdmir_triple_monitor/

Then I would have to get this here: https://www.amazon.de/...07G796JF8/

Have you perhaps discovered a product and can recommend it to me?

The second is pointless, because the adapted from HDMI to DisplayPort and you do not want that. Do you want to use something like Eyefinity from AMD? Then all I can say is that it will not work. You can distribute HDMI and then display the same on all 3 screens, but not different surfaces.

External graphics card…

the problem is rather that you have to arrange the screens means: your operating system or your controller must pass on the OS are the different… In a splitter you get 3 same signals and I think you do not want to expand but the screens… One another option is possibly screenshare of win10 over the network.

What do you have for a notebook? For some you can also use usb-c for video. With usb-c you can connect with the right distributor also several monitors.

Unfortunately, HDMI supports only one video signal at a time, no matter what you get at adapters, they will only be able to mirror an identical image

In principle, he is right, the second adapter converts the laptop's existing HDMI Displayport, where the Displayport Hub with three HDMI outputs is connected. But I doubt that it can generate three monitors, because the source on the notebook remains so HDMI, which in contrast to DisplayPort 1.2 (or higher) only one monitor allows.

With DisplayPort 1.2 (or higher) it is really the desktop over three monitors to expand and there's the problem OS-side, it remains HDMI with only one monitor.

I did not know…

I had to learn that first, but I connected two monitors on several PC Displayport and a Displayport Hub and extended the desktop via two monitors. It is now possible to move applications between the monitors or extend them to both monitors. In applications like Photoshop, you can work on one screen and put the tools on the second. With background images for two-monitor systems, beautiful panoramas now appear as background.

Only on a PC, the graphics card had to be replaced, they had only the old Displayport 1.1 and was thus unable to provide the monitors with independent content.
