I've been playing CSGO for 2 years on my recently purchased notebook. It has never broken, but for a few weeks, it has been increasingly extreme. I play normally with a 30-50 ping and 80-120 FPS. The values are also displayed to me although it feels like a 1000 ping.
I reinstalled the game, video driver, Windows driver, Steam…
Other games are going well, so I shut down the internet.
My data:
Processor: Intel (R) Core (TM) i5-6300HQ CPU @ 2.30GHz (4 CPUs)
RAM: 8193 MB
Operating system: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Graka: Nvidia GeForce GTX 960M
Graphics memory: 4095 MB
SSD: 120 GB
HDD: 1000 GB
Just try CS: GO to reinstall yourself

Ui, sorry. Look if nothing is running in the background which could affect the performance (Task Manager.)
