Hi. I once plugged a headset microphone into this headphone plug (Windows 10 home laptop) and then clicked on, standard… ". I completely idiot left it that way and what do I have to do? XD If I put jz e.g. Headphones in there's no sound xD

I think you can change it under Settings> Input device.

Control Panel / Sound - there you can select the standard device for output (headphones, speakers) and input (microphone). Has driven me crazy many times. But I know.
