I recently got a 100k line. I have connected my PC via Powerline with a LAN cable. But there's only a 50 download. When uploading it is normal. For test purposes, I connected my laptop directly to my router via LAN cable and there came about 95 Mbits of download.

For the best quality of the Internet, you should connect a direct LAN cable from the router to the PC. If you get little juice then look on the router side how much output your router gives to the occupied slot, otherwise if that is not the problem then check how much input / output your mainboard can handle or whether it is throttled there. If the problem is also net then look to see if how much your Pc pulls with background processes, it may be that some program prevents or pulls your internet down.
You already have your answer, it's the DLAN. Actually a brilliant thing. The only thing is that nobody is in your power grid. ALWAYS try DLAN, so order. Unpack carefully, install. So that you can send it back. DLAN can even cause problems with brand new power grids.
Never buy straight away.
For you this means pulling the LAN cable.
