Why can't I get my laptop back to normal?

My laptop does not respond to the normal on and off button. Is not on the battery because he was fully charged. The funny thing is that when I take the battery out completely and put it back in, the laptop goes off without me having to press the button. The whole thing works only if it is not infected. Then there's the laptop on, automatically opens a small window from the Explorer, but I can't see it properly because it is only minimized. It does not just show the word "Microsoft Account", which does not fit. Can this be a virus? Or what is it? Otherwise, everything works as usual, only the "turn on" and the misterious window are so funny.

How does he behave when you leave the battery and fed with the power adapter?

If the battery is in it, what happens if you press the switch briefly?

Unfortunately, YOU do not describe exactly in each constellation, what and how exactly the switching behavior is, because you would have to ask too much for now to ask and ask from you. One knows neither your operating system, nor a possible virus protection. Since when does this Microsoft account window come out, which IE did you do last?

As you can see:
Unfortunately, you can't adequately help with these (too little) information.
