I want to connect my Canon printer (MX925) to my laptop. Everything worked very well, but if I want something to print, then there's always a window for faxing. I have tried several times to reconnect the printer, but the printer is always displayed as Canon MX920 series Fax WS and not as formerly known as Canon MX920 series Printer WS.
Can you tell me what I can do now?
Download the software and reinstall it or set it up again.
Check the settings in "Devices and Printers". Put the Canon printer under new circumstances and then I choose as the default printer.
Try once the Canon drivers and programs completely uninstall and then reinstall.
Maybe it worked then.
