Hi
I have a Windows Vista Fujitsu Siemens Computers laptop at home… But recently Windows 10 was installed…
Can I download and install the Windows Vista drivers on the manufacturer side? Would that work?

Win 10 and driver for Vista does not work.
Should you download Win 10 again and then completely reinstall.
You can download Win 10 here with the tool and make it on a USB port.
I would install on the laptop the operating system Cloudready, which is a customized Chrome OS that you can install on any device. Here is the download:
32bit: https://davrt8itj6cgg.cloudfront.net/cloudready-free-68.4.60-32-bit/cloudready-free-68.4.60-32-bit.zip If you have a 32bit processor
64bit: https://davrt8itj6cgg.cloudfront.net/cloudready-free-68.4.59-64-bit/cloudready-free-68.4.59-64-bit.zip If you have a 64bit processor
Unpack the Zip and then write the image with this tool https://www.balena.io/...io/etcher/ on a USB stick with at least 8GB. Then boot the stick. Just follow the instructions of the installer. It offers the possibility to completely delete the hard disk. The Wi-Fi is also set up with. To do this, have network keys ready.
After completing the installation and the first reboot, simply sign in with the Google Account. In the settings in the section Plugins you can install with just one click Flash, Codecs and Widevine. This allows DRM-protected content to be played back. Restart and your Chromebook is ready. All updates are fully automatic in the background.
The voice controls OK Google and Google Cloud Print are also available.
Cloudready goes off like a rocket and scarcely scratching on the system resources. The browser and the Chrome apps start without delay. By comparison, Windows is a lame duck. Here's a video of what Cloudready looks like
Vista drivers run under Windows 10 i.d.R. Do not work.
Windows 10 comes with its own drivers, but if that does not work, then you can't use this old PC with Windows 10.
Hey this sounds very interesting… Wow thanks, I'll definitely try it…
A question still… On the laptop is windows 10 on it, if I now cloudready install, then you have to delete windows 10 or is it deleted from the cloudready installer? I read that you can run cloudready in parallel, so I can use windows 10 and cloudready. But will it be deleted if I install cloudready?
The installer deletes Windows 10 automatically. To have Windows 10 later, all you need is the Media Creation Tool. This will allow you to create a Windows 10 boot stick again and cleanly reinstall Windows 10. Then Cloudready is gone and Windows 10 is back. I would not run it in parallel otherwise the memory will fill up very quickly.
Wow thanks for the help!
I just wanted to install cloudready, but unfortunately this will not work on my laptop Fujitsu Siemens Computers… Here is a list of the devices on which cloudready is supported, unfortunately, fujitsu siemens computers is not there… Too bad.
here is the list

The list are only certified models. It may be that it works on non-certified devices. Just try. I recommend the 32bit version. This also runs on 64bit processors.
