In principle, you can't retrofit a graphics card in a laptop.
There's not always a graphics card slot in laptops. Most of them have a graphics card installed, if at all, but you can't always simply replace it with a newer one. It always depends on the laptop.
Generally this has nothing to do with Intel chip or nothing at all.
