Hi, I will be traveling soon (in about a month and a half) and want to do a livestream there (on YT).
Now it is like this: I have a good PC with enough RAM and CPU, but I can't take it with me (tower). Then I have a laptop that runs, but only 4 GB of RAM and only 32 bit.
And it's no secret that OBS or Streamlabs OBS only runs on 64-bit devices, so I have a problem there.
Perhaps there's a 32-bit version of OBS Studio and you can help me to solve the problem with the 4 GB RAM, since I want to stream at least in 720p at 50-60fps (constant).
What I should perhaps also mention: The laptop still runs under Win 7, if that is relevant.
You can bend.
For real? Altogether?
Runs on 32-bit: https://obsproject.com/de/download
I know, but the laptop is still running Win 7
No not entirely but a few points:
I don't quite understand how you want to play and stream with 4GB Ram, but Tetris would work otherwise?
The program exists ONLY in 64 bits
No, I don't want to gamble. It should be a webcam stream, but at best with constant 60fps and one or two overlays.
I see.
Yes, that should work.
Thought you want to gamble with it ^^
No, but two things:
It's just 32 bit
has Win7
You overlook the real problem:
You need a good internet connection. Mobile communication is expensive and, depending on the location, too slow / unstable. There are also volume limits in the contracts.
(Public) WLANs usually don't have enough power for something like this and are rarely seen.
Hi, will not be a problem, I'm with relatives and have Wi-Fi there.
