I can't make a screenshot on the PC anymore, why?

You forgot to mention how you tried to take the screenshot. Do you press also Windows + pressure? Where does the + sign come from?

They are exactly the same size as what you cut out on the screen.
If that's too tiny, then make the frame bigger.

Oh yes: If you still have a push-button on the keyboard, then you can Windows 10 with Windows key + Print take a screenshot of the entire screen or screens.
The image is saved lossless as png in the image folder.
