After I had a problem with the network adapter. I was told to delete and reinstall the driver. But after I installed the drivers, I had to restart and from there the laptop doesn't let me in Windows, even in safe mode, I can't get in. Do I have to delete everything now or is there still a rescue?
What happens when you start normal? Is there any blue screen or something? And if so, what's on the blue screen?
At the very beginning it loads briefly and there's something about repair above it. Then it continues to load and then there's PC diagnosis. After that it stands that the PC can't start properly. After that I have the options to go to Windows 10 which doesn't work. The other option is Troubleshoot where I tried to go into safe mode but which only repeats the above process and the last option is Turn off your Pc.
Boots your PC with an installation disk. After selecting the language, go to "Computer Repair Options". Shimmy through advanced options / troubleshoot / advanced options / startup settings to reboot to change Windows options. Choose F4 there. In safe mode you can reset the newly installed drivers to their previous version if necessary. This is done via the device manager.
