If nothing helps. Discharge it completely and then reconnect it. Maybe the system will calm down again.
Otherwise, have a look at the directories and try to start an app from them.
You have a serious system error. Click on the magnifying glass in the task bar and type rstrui. With a little luck, after a few moments you can choose a time to reset your system to. Before restoring, be sure to deactivate your virus scanner!
The restoration can take a very long time (approx. 30 minutes for me), so be patient!
Post the following. Start Windows in Safe Mode with Command Prompt. Then enter the following command:
sfc / scannow
This repairs the system files. When finished restart the laptop. Now the problem should be gone.
