Laptop won't boot from USB?

I have a Fusion 5 laptop here that won't boot from a usb

can you help me there?

PS: I could then put in a video.

Turn on and press ESC in quick succession until a small menu appears where your USB name should be. Then use the arrow keys to go to the USB stick and press enter

Have you ever been to the bios and have the boat sequence illegal?

Yes

What is it booting from? Has another bootable data medium been inserted? Did you make the USB stick bootable?

Did you accidentally disable the USB ports in the BIOS?

I do not know

So the Usb works fine and I've tried it with other laptops
